| Close to 100 descendants of John and Catharine Anderson attended the family reunion held at the Ramada Plaza Hotel Gateway near Orlando. The weather was unusually cold and wet early in the week, but by Friday, it had cleared up. | ||
| John Anderson came to the United States from his native county Longford, Ireland in 1858. He was the son of James and Mary (Murtaugh) Anderson. John married Catharine McCallister, who was born in Montreal, Canada to Bernhard and Margaret (Callahan) McCallister of county Antrim, Ireland. They had four children and some 422 descendants. | ||
