ANNIVERSARIES OBSERVED

MR. AND MRS. HAAG

Mr. and Mrs. Leo J. Haag of Wheatland will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a 2-4 p.m. reception Dec. 29 in the Holiday Inn banquet room, Vincennes.

The couple were married Dec. 26, 1935 in St. Simon's rectory, Washington, by Rev. John T. O'Hare.

The Haag's have two sons and two daughters, Donald E. of Wheatland, Joseph A. of Washington, Connie S. of Vincennes and Linda Newton of Quantico, VA. They also have seven grandchildren, one great-grandson, three step-grandchildren and on step-great granddaughter.

Hosting the reception will be the couple's children, their spouses, and grandchildren. Friends and relatives of the couple are invited to attend. They request that gifts be omitted.

The Haag's golden wedding anniversary will also be celebrated during a 5:15 p.m. Mass in St. Simon's Catholic Church, Washington, Dec. 28. Friends and relatives of the couple are invited.

MR. AND MRS HELDERMAN

Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Helderman of Wheatland will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary Sept. 8 with a family dinner at the Executive Inn.

The Heldermans have two children, Bruce Helderman of Wheatland and Mrs. Randy [Debra] Otten of Route 1. They also have 3 grandchildren.
