Weather has been bad this year. But it looks like spring is finally here. I had a great first ride of this year. I shared my ride with my son Richard and my nephew Travis.
It was a wonderful time. I felt very strong on my ride today. I tried to take it a bit easy since it was my first ride since last fall. I'll try to take a picture or two while I am out on my rides, just
to keep you people interested. Today's pic of the ride is of my nephew Travis.

I went on a walk/ride with my wife Debbie. She walk I rode. She did a 2 mile walk, I went for a quick 1/2 mile before she got ready. It was really nice to take a nice walk with her.

I went on along ride with my son Richard and nephew Travis today. We went out to the park and ride at Elkview and back today. It was really a great ride.
