Sahara in feedlot holding pen in Fallon, Nevada.

SAHARA
18 MO Filly
This sweet, beautiful girl was rescued from a Fallon, Nevada feedlot to save her from slaughter. She is halter-trained, leads and is very human friendly. She has already had her hooves trimmed and has a bad right front hoof that requires some correction to help her joints.

She is currently in quarantine in Santa Ynez. When she arrived there she collapsed from exhaustion, stress and dehydration. The decision was made to keep her there for recovery.  She has done so well and White Cloud is so devoted to her that we have decided to allow Sahara to stay in Santa Ynez to heal and gain her independence as we seek her forever home.
