Flag Wars
Black working-class families are faced with fighting to keep their homes while middle class white gay home buyers see these old Victorian homes as fixer uppers. Neighborhood conflict, and human tragedies erupt. This film powerfully raises the issues of gentrification, race, class, and gay/straight relations. Discussion to follow.
