What Are Flower Essences?

Flower Essences are a form of vibrational healing. They gently support the rebalancing of our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual selves. Each plant has been instilled by the devas and nature spirits with balancing patterns that are designed to work with our body's energy field.

When we are experiencing imbalance within any aspect of our lives it can manifest as illness on the physical plane. Flower essences can help by aligning and unblocking our energy pathways. In the emotional and mental realms they can assist us in defining and changing patterns that cause disharmony. Spiritually they support our universal connection to all life as an intimate part of ourselves. We recognize that The Source is within us always.

~ HOW DO I TAKE THEM?~

Flower essences can be used singly, or in combination with others that address the imbalances that you have identified. It is best not to take more than 4 or 5 essences at a time so that you can focus on giving your full attention to the one or two issues that you have put a priority on transforming.

You may take them in a variety of ways. Put them directly under the tongue, in a glass of water or juice, or they can be absorbed through the skin. They can also be added to bath water, or to aromatherapy oils. Use 3-4 drops 2 or 3 times per day or as your intuition prompts.

Everyone will respond in their own uniquely individualized style to the way the energy from the essence affects them. Some may experience effects immediately, though more frequently the effects will only be noticed in hindsight as you look back at the gradual changes that you have incorporated into your life. You may find that a particular attitude has changed just enough that the additional clarity and love brought to bear on the challenge has lightened and uplifted it. Now you don't allow it to block your forward motion any longer.
