The Story behind the Meditation
|

|
I have remembered a life in a small wandering band of 12 men. I was part of a "messenger tribe" who wandered throughout
Africa, the Middle East, Fertile Crescent area, Greece, and Europe carrying messages and memories of humanity's original connections
to Source. This work was connected to the Order of Melchisedek. We were quite skilled in using dimensional doorways to greatly
expand our range of travels to the rest of the planet. We were able, for example, to enter a doorway in Spain and exit in
Brazil.
I was staying at Mt. Shasta in September. One day I was called to spend the day at Burney Falls State Park. I absorbed
the magnificent energies of the waterfall, the trees and the river as I wandered along. I crossed a footbridge and stopped,
mesmerized by the light on the river. As I stood there I noticed a rock in the river with some tall grass growing on it.
It reminded me of papyrus, then Egypt, then scrolls. Suddenly, I knew that this was a place where I had come through a dimensional
doorway.
When we arrived back at the top of the waterfall, I was thinking that I didn't know how to access the scrolls when I heard
my guides advise to simply open my heart and tone. My friend and I stood in a triangle to the place where we knew the scrolls
were. The guardian who had been there for over 2,000 years looked at us, scanned our energy fields to make sure we were the
one's to release them to, gave a hearty laugh as he stretched mightily and stepped away. We honored and thanked him and he
was immediately gone. Then we toned as we opened our hearts and then I "felt" the scrolls in my hand. I half expected
for them to be in physical form and was a tiny bit disappointed that they weren't. It all seemed so natural, as if I had
been doing this all of my life (in this lifetime). It was definitely a case of getting the information exactly as I needed
it for the retrieval of the scrolls.
After returning home from Mt. Shasta, I sat down to see what I could do to pull the information into my awareness. I
sensed in that moment the presence of Isis and Thoth. I knew they were here to hold the energy for this. It was through
them that I learned that the Egyptian priest who originally wrote them was me. As Thoth remarked, "Who better to bring
this knowledge back again?". The scrolls had been written around 200 B.C. and were stored in the Alexandria Library.
The library was destroyed later at least a couple of times and it was during a time of destruction that we, as the messenger
tribe, saved some of the knowledge stored there and hid it using the dimensional doorways
I don't know yet what other knowledge is stored around the planet, ready to come forth into my consciousness again.
That will be a continuing adventure as I am able to allow more remembrance of my wholeness to be activated and integrated
further.

MEDITATION
Consciously expand your connection to the heart of the Earth Mother with a large silver cord of light. She is ascending
as well, and you are supporting each other. All that you do in the following steps will support both of you.
Expand your heart chakra as much as you can, and then a little more. This will keep you in alignment for all of the many
openings that allow evolutionary energies to flow in. As your being raises in vibration you are moving closer and closer
to unconditional love.
Allow the heart energy to flow up through the top of the head, through a triangle of light there, and on through a cord
to your higher self. Infuse this light with a soft, luminescent pink, gold, and white. Your higher self is not outside and
separate from you, it is deep within. Circulate this light from your heart to your higher self. Add to this all other dimensions
and universes in which you also exist. Know that your higher self is also pulling in a more evolved light and is adding this
to your heart energy. Let this energy fill your whole being till it is overflowing. Your body may be tingling and your heart
is expanding even further. Hold this as you begin to feel your DNA strands glow and begin to vibrate the inactive strands.
This brings alive more encodements. These newly active encodements will create additional neural and energetic pathways,
bringing spirit further into your form. This enables more light and energy to radiate from your cells, making them more crystalline
and bringing you more fully into your divine power. You are creating and birthing new light within you. This is a wondrous
and sacred state!
Release ALL limitations from this and any other past/future or parallel lives that no longer serves you or your evolution
in this divine moment.
Unify your heart chakra with all other chakras both inside and outside of your body. See the energy flowing to your heart,
making it even more brilliant. You are now one unified energy center based in love.
Begin toning up and down the scale until you intuitively stop at a familiar and energizing note. This is the physical
expression of your soul's harmonics. Sing this note with joy and exuberance. This assists in breaking old thoughts and patterns
while magnetizing evolved levels of light and guidance to come to you.
Use the light that is pouring forth from your being to construct a large bubble around you. Notice that you are sharing
this luminous and sacred space with numerous dolphins and whales. Ask your inner child to join you in playing with these
exquisite beings. Within the bubble, which expands and contracts in perfect harmony with your joyous movements, your higher
vibrations are supported by the light that you are continuously birthing. The close and conscious contact you are making
with the dolphins and whales is again interacting with the heightened state you are experiencing and lifting the resonance
of your DNA to even more magnificent levels. You are being assisted by enlightened beings from the Sirius Star system who
are ancient ancestors and where the dolphins and whales originate. As you vibrate at these levels, your own personal medical
team is making adjustments and fine-tuning your body so that you can operate in physical comfort in this state. This fine-tuning
is on-going as your medical team is always with you, observing and tweaking to effect the smoothest transition. Remain in
this space as long as you like.
Request the presence of the angelic Master of Vision. Ask this powerful being to assist in further opening your third
eye/Ajna Center. Feel a strong light moving through the center of your forehead into both your pineal and pituitary glands
in your brain as you cooperate in supporting their enlargement. This will help clear the way for your other dimensional senses
to become more active, giving you a much richer perception of the earthplane and who you are in it.
Focus on being in this increased frequency state for as long as possible, asking your guidance to assist in integrating
it into every level of your being. Each time you do these steps you will increase your capacity to stay at this level for
longer periods of time, until it becomes the norm rather than the exception.
Allow yourself to come into balance. Call to you any pieces of yourself that may be elsewhere. Begin to feel your wholeness
as these parts return. Let yourself become vulnerable. Drop, momentarily, any energy you have used to surround yourself
with protection. Love every part of yourself and absorb the gentle healing that embracing yourself brings. You will begin
to find balance and peace in your physical, sexual, emotional, creative, mental and spiritual selves as they now merge more
fully into your being. These higher vibrations will be a catalyst in releasing deep impactions that you have accumulated
and carried for so many lifetimes. Take as much time as you need here.
Let your sexuality flow freely without shame. Feel it building in your sexual center, vibrating desire. Bring this energy
all the way up your spine, out the top of your head like a fountain, falling throughout your subtle bodies, pulling it in
through your feet, up through your spine, and through the top of your head and down again. Let this run on auto pilot as
you sit and immerse yourself in feeling your body vibrate and glow brighter and brighter. This stimulates your vast creativity,
allowing it to flow from you in magnificent and astounding ways as you express it in your outer world. Your sexuality is
an ecstatic form of your divinity and merging this with someone you love, or yourself, will bring you to new heights of experiencing
your completeness of Self and the infinite creativity of Source.
Tap into your multidimensional selves so that you can see the big picture and the illusion of this plane that feels so
real. Seeing the big picture more and more will push you to drop judgements of yourselves, others, and events. You will
see the perfection of each piece of your life on this plane as it comes together for a seamless fit. Opening more fully to
your multi-dimensionality allows you to experience living simultaneously on different planes and using that flow of knowledge
to enhance your lives on all of the levels on which you exist.
The bottom line of this meditation is to LOVE BEING HERE. This is a key to your continued evolvement.
Come back into the room slowly to let yourself integrate these higher vibrations fully into your being.
Each time you are able to do this meditation you are creating the potential to live in these higher frequency levels for
longer periods of time. Soon you will be living here the majority of the time, blessed with a stronger connection to the
Divinity that you are.
