SET-UP REQUIREMENTS
Long term campers, long term Sutlers, and those packing in may set-up on the lower level (wooded area) of the site. For early set-up on June 16th & 17th there is no time limit for set-up or vehicle unloading. On Friday June 18th, vehicles will be allowed into the lower site for 1 hour for unloading and then vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area. After Friday June 18th no vehicles will be allowed to enter the lower level until Saturday’s closing ceremonies. This will be strictly enforced.
Short term campers and late comers will set up on the upper level or the hay field. For early set-up on June 16th & 17th there is no time limit for set-up or vehicle unloading. Starting on Friday June 18th there will be a 1 hour time limit for loading and unloading vehicles at which time vehicles must be moved to the designated parking area. All vehicles will park in the designated parking area within 1 hour of gate closing. There will be no camping permitted in the parking area. These rules will be strictly enforced.
Starting on Friday June 18th, after opening ceremonies, everyone must be in primitive attire within ½ hour after canvas is up and at all times until Saturday’s closing ceremonies. Medallions will be required to enter the rendezvous AT ALL TIMES including entry at competitions.
Handicapped camping is available. Please notify gate captain upon arrival for details.
Set-up:
General set-up Wednesday & Thursday (early set-up fees apply).
Pre-registered camps and traders: Wednesday June 16th & Thursday June 17th (no early set-up fees)
General set-up: Starting Friday June 18th. Set-up times during event are 7am to 7pm.
