Bouquet of Tulips
A medium sized Chechlovakian
purse with a floral spray of tulips on a black
background. A zig zag garland runs along the top
and bottom of the body. The front and back are the
same pattern. This purse is worked in fine hex
glass beads. The fringe is twisted loops, probably
worked by Evelyn Haertig. The frame is silver toned
metal filigree with green rhinestones and etched
metal. The clasp is kiss type and the chain is of
large rectangular links.

This is a beautiful, large
floral purse is worked with micro fine, glass beads
featuring a lovely floral bouquet on milky white
background. It is the same on both sides. the thick
fringe is worked with delicate twisted loops. The
restored lining is white silk with silk, French,
floral green trim. The frame has a double swag
filigree with 3 pink oval stones and a kiss clasp.
The chain is of small links.

Classic Floral with Sterling Frame
This is one of our favorite purses in
the collection. It is a classic floral with
delicate roses, daisies, and foliage with an
exquisitely engraved sterling silver frame and a
full thick fringe. All parts of this purse are top
notch and a very desirable purse, indeed. It is
worked with very, fine old glass beads with crystal
clear background beads. The thick fringe is of very
fine glass beaded twisted loop strands. The
sterling silver frame has an embossed ribbon across
the top with flowers finely engraved with thick and
thin lines. It is the same on both sides showing
very fine craftsmanship. The chain is of large
rectangular links joined to smaller round links.
The acorn clasp is a kiss type. The original lining
is off white taffeta fabric with two small pockets.

Small Old Reticule
This is a charming, small
reticule.
The top is crocheted with
deep green thread with clear beads crocheted into
the design in a netting fashion with some holes.
The main tulip shaped body has bands of geometric
rows above and below the band of flowers with leaf
shapes at the bottom. A black satin ribbon gathers
the top. There is no lining, but it is very tightly
worked and needs no lining.

Tiny Reticule
with Charming Details
An old small tulip shaped beaded
reticule purse with a band of clear beads around
the middle with rose, blue flowers & leaves,
blue bottom and small grey triangles at the top.
The crochet top is worked with black or dark blue
heavy crochet thread with clear beads throughout.
The long draw string is of twisted heavy strands
with a grey bead at the ends and loops of clear
glass beads. The tulip bottom has a bead and loops
of clear beads. There is no lining. This is a very
sweet, tiny reticule.
