Purse # 60 Autumn Rug This large, beautiful rug purse boasts rich, autumn colors so we call it the "Autumn" rug. The geometric design is outlined with black beads and reminds me of Navajo rugs or Persian rugs. The colors are deep, dark rich yellows, reds, blues, greens and black. The beads are very fine, old glass beads. The black, silk lining has silk French floral green trim. The black, green, blue and yellow 1.5" fringe is threaded with very, fine small strands twisted and intertwined together. I can still picture my mother sitting at her kitchen table beading this fringe. The beautifully enamelled frame is the same on both sides and matches the purse beautifully. The kiss acorn shaped closure has two blue stones and the chain is made of oval links. Purse 003 Standing Clasp Rug This beautiful rug patterned purse with a standing clasp is knitted with fine glass beads in harmonious colors. This purse is the same on both sides. The new, rose silk lining has a matching silk ruching trim. This lovely frame is embossed and enamelled with decorative attached pieces with green stones and rhinestones. The large clasp folds back and has two large green stones and green enamel. The chain is small round links.
