short walking distance to the Louvre, the Seine and the Jardin des Tuileries. It's perfect

This apartment is unique for its spectacular view over all of Paris, bright and
pleasurable with its southern exposure. This superb duplex apartment is located on the 9th
and 10th floors of a modern residential and commercial Post-War building. It has a
part-time doorman as well.
The décor of the apartment is in neutral tones with mostly off-white walls and off-white
Berber carpeting. The first floor consists on a hall, 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. On the
second floor you'll find there is a spacious living room, an open kitchen, a small laundry
room and a sizeable tree-topped and flowering terrace.
Upon entering the door, you are immediately drawn to the open view before you. In this
open foyer you see there is the stairway to your right, which leads to the upper floor.
One of the two bedrooms is immediately to your left. It has a sleeper sofa, a comfortable
leather couch, an armoire and chairs. Large picture windows make one wall facing out onto
the Tour Montparnasse and Notre-Dame, with a balcony along this glass wall.
Also there is a long corridor leading the Master and bathroom. There is a double bed with
a bedside table and lamp, a wooden chest, a TV/VCR, and picture windows with views of the
Tour Eiffel. Adjoining bedroom is an all Italian marble tiled bathroom has a bathroom,
equipped with a shower/bathtub, a wide wash basin, a large mirror, a bathroom cabinet, and
a bidet.
As you proceed up the staircase located in the entry foyer, you come to the second level.
From this point the view is still more spectacular, walls are white and the roof is beamed
and slightly inclined. The furniture consists of 2 blue and white checks sofas, a wooden
coffee table, a fireplace, a large rectangular wooden dining table with wooden armchairs,
a rocking chair. This living room has a large television with VCR and a stereo system.
Access to the large, beautiful terrace is through two double glass doors. There you'll be
able to enjoy the fig tree, evergreens, geraniums and other flowers as well as have a
barbecue on those warm summer nights.
The kitchen level is on a lower level from the living area. It has tiled walls and wood
floors. It is equipped with a ll the modern conveniences - over, halogen cook top, coffee
maker, toaster, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There is also a small TV, a toaster, and
many wooden cupboards containing all the kitchen utensils. The small window in the kitchen
looks out onto the north side of Paris with a beautiful view of Sacré Coeur Montmartre.
Next to the kitchen area is the laundry room with another refrigerator and freezer, the
washer and dryer, and another WC.
This apartment is close to many markets such as Rue Mortegeuil, The there are many grocery
stores in the area as well. Excellent restaurants such as The Grand Véfour, Willi's Wine
Bar, Juveniles and The Grand Colbert are within a short walking distance. Shopping is
everywhere around as you walk around the Place des Victoires and then stroll down Rue
Etienne Marcel. Or you may prefer heading to Place Vendôme and the Rue Faubourg
Saint-Honoré. Just as the views from this apartment are endless so is the amount of
activity in the area!
The closest public transporation, should you need it, are Metro lines #1 (Metro station:
Louvre-Rivoli) and the Metro line #7 (Palais Royal-Musée du Louvre) and #7.
