The quartier is the well established, secure, 15th arrondissement, the apartment is situated on a quiet side street from the lively avenue Felix Faure which hosts a number of good restaurants, bistros, bakeries and excellent grocery shopping facilities. It is a two minute walk from the bustling rue St Charles which is full of delightful shops and which hosts an open air market every Tuesday and Friday morning. The metro is situated 2 minutes away, and the line ( no. 8, stop Boucicaut) is a direct line to the Tour Maubourg (Eiffel Tower), Ecole Militaire, Invalides, Concorde, Madeiline and Opera. There are also a number of buses that travel directly to other parts of the city. The Eiffel Tower is only a 15 minute walk from the apartment. One has high ceilings in the living room, it is attractively furnished in shades of orange and beige. Fully equipped kitchen, dining area for 4 people with possibility of extending table to accomodate 8. Separate toilet. The living room has a sofa bed (double), futon which can make a single bed, hi-fi system, color television. There is a telephone from which one can make local calls, long distance calls with a card, and receive calls. The bedroom is downstairs and has a queen size bed and armoire. It is very quiet and one enjoys an excellent night's sleep. The bathroom has a full bathtub, handheld shower and pedestal sink. All bed linens and kitchen linens are provided. A security deposit of $300 is required.
