Biography Michele is the youngest of 12 (!!) children raised on a dairy farm in rural Wisconsin. From her parents she learned the values of planting and tending, harvesting and preserving; and in her own life has come to embrace stewardship of earth and home.
She has a background in nutrition as a food specialist and cooking instructor at a progressive and successful health clinic. She has been cooking for others professionally since 1992 - a pioneer in what is now known as the personal chef industry.
To Michele, the kitchen is the center of the home from which nourishment springs, and the dining table her tapestry of woven fruits of the earth.
