I received a "NUTS" on my homework - what is this for?

"NUTS is an acronym for "Not Up To Standards."  See the Homework Standards sheet  and compare your work.  If that still doesn't clarify the reason, check the instructions for the assignment on the webpage to be sure that you followed all of the directions.  Students often will not write answers out in complete sentences - but formulating a complete thought is an important process for your mind and will help you remember the material for the tests.
