Artist extraordinaire, Gianina Lopategui, has been seen storming through the
palm trees of Florida armed with a sharp wit and an even sharper pencil. This fiesty puertorican from the lone
star state blends her acrylic, pen and ink, and mixed media know-how with her computer savvy to rustle up quirky pieces
unique to either side of the Red River. Fifteen years of ballet training, a double degree from the Savannah College of Art
and Design, and real world graphic experience make this gal a versatile artist with a mean pirouette. Wrangle a chair,
sit your keister down, give Old Bessie a pat on the head and see what awaits.
UPDATE:
September 4, 2008
I turned in my completely painted Gibson guitar earlier this week and will provide more
information soon. Fox news did a video piece which can be accessed online. Visit myfoxorlando.com and do a search for "Orlando GuitarTown.". You can stay up to date with the Orlando GuitarTown official website. All the guitars will be auctioned off in May with proceeds benefiting several local charities.
