Welcome! The purpose of this website is to explain what JESUS expects of HIS followers, who are called "Christians".
The word Christian is from the word "Christ" which in the Greek is "Khristos" meaning "anointed"
and defined as "The MESSIAH whose coming was foretold by the Jewish prophets; a title of JESUS, as the fulfillment of
this prophecy". *
I am absolutely, unequivocally Christian. I was recently asked what that means,and I answered, but this is a way of answering
for the world's curiosity.
I am going to write the essence of Christian beliefs by putting the words of JESUS from The King James Holy Bible. You
may read them and decide for yourself. It is not easy being a believer in THE MESSIAH, because the enemy of GOD, who is satan
seeks to destroy. But JESUS said do not fear because HE has overcome the devil by HIS Own blood on the Cross.
"And JESUS walking by the sea of Galilee, saw two brethren, Simon called Peter, and Andrew his brother, casting a net
into the sea, for they were fishermen. And HE said unto them, "follow ME, and I will make you fishers of men." Matthew
4: 18-19

"And HE {JESUS} said, 'verily, verily, I say unto you, 'except ye be converted and become as little children, ye
shall not enter into the Kingdom of heaven. Whosoever therefore shall humble himself as this little child, the same is greatest
in the Kingdom of Heaven.And whoso shall receive one such little child in MY Name, receiveth ME. But whoso shall offend one
of these little ones that believe in ME, it were better for him that a millstone were hanged about his neck and that he were
drowned in the depth of the sea. Woe unto the world because of offenses! for it must needs be that offences come, but woe
to that man by whom the offence cometh." Matthew 16: 3-7

"And JESUS went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues,and preaching the gospel of The Kingdom, and healing
all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people. And HIS fame went throughout all Syria; and they brought
unto HIM all sick people that were taken with diverse diseases and torments, and those which were possessed with devils, and
those which were lunatic, and those that had the palsy, and HE healed them." Matthew 4:23-24

JESUS said unto him, "Thou shalt love THE LORD thy GOD with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy
mind. This is the First and Great Commandment. And the second is like unto it, thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. On
these two Commandments hang all the law and the prophets." Matthew 22: 37-40

JESUS said, "be not ye called "rabbi" for ONE is your MASTER even CHRIST, and all ye are brethren. And
call no man your father upon the earth, for ONE is your FATHER which is in heaven. Neither be ye called "Masters"
for ONE is your MASTER, even CHRIST. But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant. And whosoever shall exalt himself
shall be abased; and he that shall humble hiomself shall be exalted." Matthew 23: 8-12
