Hello, we are Wicked Smart Movers! My name is Jay Poole and my goal is to offer you a fair price for excellent work. You can expect that both you and your possessions will be treated with respect. Whether you need one person to help you move a few items, or a crew of guys to move a multi- bedroom home, we want to make your move go as smoothly as possible. In fact, our goal is to make your move a stress-free event. How do we do that? At W.S.M. we do everything we can to be on time, all the time. If we anticipate a problem, we will give you a call and let you know. With other organizations, you have to track them down.

Once we arrive at your home or storage unit, we never lollygag and drag out the moving process like some of our competitors. We know that if we take care of you quickly, carefully and courteously, then odds are great that you and your friends will use us in the future. Besides, our excellent reputation is the foundation of our business, and we don't take that lightly. I think it is important to add that while we don't bid on every job that comes our way, the ones we do choose to take on are moves we feel confident we can deliver superior service!

Pricing. Our rates are very competitive, and we stand by our work. Please understand that while we are not always very the cheapest in the business, we do an excellent job every time and we present one of the best values in the business. Customers always remark at how quick and efficient we are. I like to think that for a few dollars more you are hiring a team who you will not hesitate to call back the next time you move (and this seems to be evident based on the amount of repeat business we have received over the years). Sometimes it's just like the saying goes; you get what you pay for. With Wicked Smart, you can count on us to do it right the first time!

Service. Your stuff is important to you, and we understand that. We go to great lengths to place things down very carefully, to avoid bumping walls and to pack the truck so things won't rub together. To be frank, it is not always the easiest thing to do (especially in a region of the country with many old buildings, narrow halls, steep staircases and terrible parking), but also understand that when you are packing and prepping for the move there are things you can do to make your move go smoother, so please see our link: preparing for the movers. Do everything you can to get ready, and leave the rest to us; and know, you are in great hands! We always make the best out of any situation, however if you anticipate a problem beforehand, please let us know. Often we can help just by knowing up front. Finally, if something is not done to your liking, speak with me and we will do our best to make it right.
