The agenda for this meeting included the election of chapter officers, and voting of honorary members.  We also discussed possible future events.

 

In attendance:  John Culpin, Bob Zahansky, Art Richardson, Dennis Tetreault, Rod Marion, Jim Moran, Ken Bailey, Frank Cirioni, and guest Jim Sullivan.

 

As the current officers and directors were running unopposed, chapter officers will remain,

 

President, John Culpin

Vice President, Bob Zahansky

Secretary, Angelo Sorvillo

Treasurer, Art Richardson

Directors, Jim Moran, Dennis Tetreault, and Rod Marion.

 

We have had discussions regarding our two current honoraries, Rod Marion and Bob Musial.  A vote was held for each position and Rod Marion has been invited to continue his membership.  Regarding Bob Musial, the majority voted to not invite Bob Musial back as an honorary (two abstained from voting)   However, Bob is welcome to participate as a guest and he maybe voted in (should a slot become available) at a future time.

 

The membership was informed of major Blue Knight and non-Blue Knight events anticipated in 2006.  These events will be placed in the webpage very soon.

 

All current members are asked to submit their 2006 dues of $30.00 payable to:

Please do this ASAP so that our treasurer can submit to the conference in a timely manner.

 

We also discussed our participation in a cancer ride charity event.  We have participated in this for two years but elected not to do so in 2005.  Bob Z is getting the particulars and more discussion on our 2006 involvement will follow.
