This website is for legal research, factual research, and other tasks involved in practicing law, especially in Arizona. The site is selective and closely monitored. Links are replaced as better ones come along. The objective is to provide the best, and only the best, which the net has to offer for lawyers. ARIZONA LINKS
Arizona Constitution / Arizona Revised Statutes / Arizona Legislative Information Service - ALIS - also links to Session Laws and Bills.
ALSO is a remarkable resource for Arizona (and other state) law. There are links to Statutes, Session Laws, Uniform Acts, Interstate Compacts, as well as the 9th Circuit Court, Arizona Rules of Practice and Procedure including Rules of Court, Administrative Law sources, local law sources, local rules, court information and Arizona forms. Findlaw is a better source of Arizona forms, including domestic relations, family crisis, landlord tenant, name change, pro hac vice, probate, and small claims.
Westlaw too has free links to Arizona Rules in PDF format: civil procedure, criminal procedure, evidence, civil appellate, and many more. The state Supreme Court provides some recent amendments not yet linked from the Westlaw site.
The U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona now affords web access to PACER.
The State Bar of Arizona homepage is a good source of Arizona links. More and more of the Arizona Administrative Code is being made available in pdf format. So is the Arizona Register. FindLaw is a good source of Arizona primary material on the internet, (but this is a more complete collection of links).
Free caselaw on the internet has been generally very spotty and quite unreliable. However, that seems to be changing. LexisONE now gives free access to recent state and federal cases. Commercial services are getting better and less expensive. VersusLaw provides a good way to do a first sweep on Arizona cases. (all appellate decisions since 1950) as well as decisions from other states and federal jurisdictions, with a variety of begin dates. Westlaw's KeyCite is now available via the internet. So is New Shepard's.
Arizona Supreme Court. Arizona Appeals Court Division One and Division Two now have recent decisions online / Pima County Superior Court / The Maricopa County Superior Court provides a docket search page. The Pima County Justice Court has reinstated online filing of small claims suits. The court docket is searchable.

The Secretary of State now has a homepage with links to Business Services including UCC Filings and Public Services including the Arizona Administrative Code.
The Arizona Corporation Commission has a Public Access System, making it easy to find the names and addresses of officers and statutory agents, capitalization, bankruptcy status, etc.
Arizona Judicial Department pages have received a lot of work recently. See especially its site map.
The state bar publication Arizona Attorney, current and archived, is available online. State Archives e-mail address: archive@dlapr.lib.az.us / The Directory of Helping Services is a comprehensive listing of government and non-profit organizations in Southern Arizona.
Miscellaneous databases: campaign finance / Banking Department / corporation commission / liquor licenses / sex offenders, searchable by neighborhood.
Library catalogues: U of A / Arizona State. The law libraries of ASU and U of A have websites, as does the State Law Library, and that of Pima County. Pima Community College has good links, including periodicals databases. The Tucson-Pima Public Library catalog is online. The municipal codes of several Arizona cities , along with others around the country, are online.
ARIZONA BANKRUPTCY INFORMATION
The District of Arizona Bankruptcy Court has placed a lot of useful information online, including local rules, and a somewhat confusing electronic filing system.
Arizona @ Your Service has links to websites for Arizona cities, counties, services and agencies. The WEBHUB is the most comprehensive, subject-sorted directory of World Wide Web links covering information about Arizona as well as general-interest resources published by Arizona residents. The daily papers from Phoenix and Tucson / Other Arizona newspapers / Arizona Highways / KUAT-TV / KVOA-TV / Anyone interested in local government ( who has a high tolerance for labored acronyms) can get good information from Neighborhood Activists Inter-linked Empowerment Movement - NAILEM. FindLaw has a few additional miscellaneous Arizona legal links. Are you ever curious about what has been in the newspaper about your opposing party or counsel (or your client)? The archives of the Tucson Citizen and some other papers are accessible via Westlaw.
