All rental payments are due on the 1st day of each month. Payments are considered late if received after 12:00 Noon on
the 5th day of the month and a 15% late fee will be charged to your account.
No matter how you choose to make your payment, the same policy always applies. Our business office posts payment Monday-Thursday
at 12:00 noon.. Overlocks will be removed by 6:00 PM on the same business day that payments are posted.
If you know your account balance, simple choose one of these convenient methods and make your payment. If you do not
know your account balance or you have any other questions, call 800-554-3188 Monday through Thursday between the hours of 10:00
AM -4:00 PM, choose option #5 and one of our property managers will be happyto answer your questions.
