Voice mail is checked Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and calls are generally returned within 24 hours.

Interruptions, for vacations, workshops and holidays, will occur from time to time. Part of my professional work includes responding to traumatic events, on site, at regional businesses and organizations. There may be times that I will have to reschedule appointments on short notice. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Fees for Services, Reports, Letter, E-Mails, and Phone Calls
Fees are due at the time of service. Payment can be made with cash or check. Arrangements can be made for monthly payments by talking to me. A detailed statement of charges, payments, and dates will be sent upon request.

All sessions are by appointment only. I do my own scheduling. Most sessions are 45 to 50 minutes in length. For those using insurance benefits, deductibles and co-pays are due at the time of service.

Cancellations
Failed appointments (not showing up for the appointment) and late cancellations (less than 24 business hours before appointment) are not covered by your insurance company. You will be billed the standard hourly rate unless arrangements have been previously made. Such fees are standard practice (there are, of course, exceptions for things such as sudden illness, accident, or other emergencies) and are intended to preserve the time for those who may need it.

Emergencies
I am not routinely available for calls after hours. In event that emergency services are required, they may be obtained through Hennepin County Crisis Intervention 612-347-3161, Crisis Connection 612-379-6363 or the emergency room of your providing hospital. In cases of immediate life threatening emergencies, always call 911 first.
