At Masa Consulting, we join the knowledge of the behavioral science field and real world law enforcement experience. Jonathan Bundt, the President of Masa Consulting, Inc., a company committed to quality training in law enforcement, has worked in the mental health and law enforcement field for over 20 years. He is a licensed mental health professional.

Prior to his involvement with law enforcement in the United States, Jonathan was a past Chief Inspector in the Israeli National Police-Border Patrol Division. His initial training was with the Elite Yamam, an anti-terrorism and hostage rescue unit. As a trainer and team member, he has taught thousands of officers in the field of anti-terrorism, firearms, negotiations, and close quarter combat instruction.

In addition, Jonathan is a licensed marriage and family therapist dealing with mental health issues in law enforcement with specialties in psychotherapy, traumatic stress, and crisis response.

Currently, Jonathan is an active member, as a trainer and on-scene advisor, of the Minneapolis Police-Emergency Response Unit and the Hennepin County Sheriffs Office-Emergency Services Unit as a trainer and on-scene advisor. He has experience with actual operations, both in Israel and Minnesota. Jonathan has consulted and trained several local and regional police departments, Minnesota Department of Corrections, ATOM, Northwestern University Center for Public Safety, and the FBI.
