Cyndi Gernhart writes the children’s section for Poultry Enthusiast Magazine and has authored the “Gertrude McCluck, Chicken In Charge” chapter book series.  When not pondering the peculiarities of poultry, she writes songs & co-leads the Kansas City chapter of the Nashville Songwriter’s Association International (NSAI).
