Class Objective:
The classes are designed to teach students ways to channel their energy in
a positive way, learn self discipline, respect for others, self-defense, enhance memory skills, improve flexibility and physical
conditioning, improve multi tasking skills along with improving eye hand coordination. The style we teach is a combined style
of American Kenpo and American Tae-Kwon-do

We have 7 school patches left (these are currently a limited addition
and only 50 have been made)

Dates: (Regular Class)Monday & Wednesday
Times: 6:00-7:00 PM Or & 7:00-8:00 PM
Tournament Practice: (Cedar Hill location only) Saturdays 12:30 - 2:30 days and times
may vary depending on tournment schedule
Location: City of Desoto Civic Center (Desoto, Texas)
Dates: Tuesday & Thursday
Times: 7:00-8:00 PM

Jr. Awards for 1st - 4th Place at end of the season, all other
competitors receive a certificate for competing
1st Place = 5 Points
2nd Place = 4 Points
