About the director/teacher:

Karen Morris has a B.A. Degree cum laude from the University of Massachusetts,  Amherst.  She has extensive teaching and music experience and has been a licensed Kindermusik educator since 1999.  She is the organist and children's choir director at St. Matthews Episcopal Church.  Her private piano and organ studio currently includes 22 students.  Karen is an active member of the local chapter of the American Guild of Organists (past Dean) and is currently the co-chair of the West Virginia Music Teacher's Association-Charleston District.  For the past several summers, Karen has been involved with Creative Capers, an Arts and Sciences summer camp in Charleston as musician, teacher and director.  She lives in South Charleston with her husband and two children.
