A 'test' that can accurately predict
        an important future aspect of
        your life!

Don't foul up your long-range career planning and waste a lot of your money by applying for a job position without knowing whether you will ever be granted the rquired security clearance status.  The Personnel Security Standards Psychological Questionnaire (also known as the PSSPQ) can be of enormous help to you in the event that you may be considering a job position that requires you to be granted a high-level security clearance.

The PSSPQ is a psychological-type 'test' (i.e., a biographical measuring inventory consisting of only 72 multiple-choice items) that very accurately predicts success/failure to be eventually granted high-level security clearance status if and when processed for same by the Government.  The PSSPQ was developed by a very senior psychologist who retired several years ago when being the Chief Research Psychologist in the USA's then largest intelligence agency.   This instrument has been shown, based upon almost two decades of empirical date-based research, to be highly reliable and valid.  Information regarding the PSSPQ, and how one can be administered it, can be found at:

In the addressed web site (i.e., immediately above) there are dozens of quick links to additional sub-sites that describe a wide variety of focus upon the PSSPQ (e.g., FAQ, possible uses of PSSPQ scores, Certification, full description of test constructrion, reliability/validity research, etc.)

It should be especially noted that research has shown that had the PSSPQ been administered to one of the more major traitorous spies, who were uncovered in the 1984 "Year of the Spy," prior to this later spy having been hired by one of the USA's most sensitive intelligence agencies, it is likely that he may never have been evenually cleared and hired.  Had he not been hired in the first place, he never could have been in a knowledge position to sell his country out to the Soviets.  Research supporting the just made statement(s) can be found at:  http://www.home.earthlink.net/~lastone2/peltonspsspq.html

It also should be noted that completed research has shown that when evaluating/vetting of US citizens for potential employment and being granted high-level security clearance status, prior to assignment in a major American intelligence agency, use (for the past 40+ years and currently) of the most frequently employed psychological personality testing instrument may be quite ineffective and simply be a waste of time and money.  This particular research is reported at the following address:  http://www.home.earthlink.net/~lastone2/twospiesmmpis.html.

You should be aware that the PSSPQ is the ONLY instrument or procedure that exists that was developed to accomplish what the PSSPQ does.  If you are interested in questioning whether you might ever be capable or suitable to be granted high-level security clearance status, then  -  this is the 'ONLY GAME IN TOWN.'   For more information, simply "click" on the following printed request:  I want more information regarding the PSSPQ.

The zither music being played is the Third Man Theme from the 1949 noir movie (i.e., The Third Man) which was first seen by the developer of the PSSPQ sometime early in 1950, and which defined for him the movie world of espionage and foreign intrigue and crime.  A few years later, while serving in the US Army in Germany, the developer of the PSSPQ visited Vienna twice (in 1955) while this city (where the Third Man movie took place and was filmed) while it was still under the joint military control by the USA, British and Soviet armies.  At that time, the city resembled very closely  what had been depicted in the movie, which had been filmed there only six years earlier.  Needless to say, all of this reinforced greatly, the PSSPQ developer's earlier formed strong impression of the movie and of its haunting zither theme music, which was very audiable and present in the city some six years later.  The picture logo, that has been chosen for PSSPQ web pages (that is shown in the top-right of this page), actually bears some very close similarity to the now  50+-year-old movie poster advertising that was earlier associated with the movie.  For this very reason, the PSSPQ's developer reasoned that the Third Man Theme was quite appropriate to use when presenting the PSSPQ test on the Internet.  As a final comment, if you have never seen the Third Man movie, you have truly missed one of the best ever made.
