CERTIFICATIONS AND LICENSES

Certified as a Counseling Psychologist by the North Dakota Psychological
   Association in 1962. On the 22nd of June 1968, became a North Dakota
   Licensed Psychologist, based upon then new state legislation. Remained a
   Licensed Psychologist until 1976; became inactive due to having left that State.
Certified by the Council for the National Register of Health Service Providers in
   Psychology, No. 10961 (since 1975, was a Charter Member; in 1997 on "retired" status.
Licensed asPsychologist in Maryland, No. 924 (since 1976; due to a planned reduction in his
    psychology practice, he declined to renew this particular state licensure at the end of 2003).
Licensed as Psychologist in West Virginia, No. 167 (since 1977)
Licensed as Psychologist in Wyoming, No. 283 (from 1996 to 2000; relocation plans regarding 
   a residence move to WY were discarded)
Certificate of Professional Qualification in Psychology (CPQ), No. 13, from the Assoc. of
   State and Provincial Psychology Boards  [Note - as of July 2000, the CPQ had been accepted
   for state/province licensure by Alberta, California, DC, Kentucky, Mississipi, Nevada, Ohio,
   Oklahoma, Ontario, Pennsylvania, Vermont and Wisconsin.  Eight other states/provinces 
   (Alabama, Connecticut, Manitoba, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, Nova Scotia and 
   Rhode  Island) have voted to accept the CPQ and are working to amend rules or procedures 
   to  allow full implementation in the near future.]
