Association in 1962. On the 22nd of June 1968, became a North Dakota
Licensed Psychologist, based upon then new state legislation. Remained a
Licensed Psychologist until 1976; became inactive due to having left that State.
Certified by the Council for the National Register of Health Service Providers in
Psychology, No. 10961 (since 1975, was a Charter Member; in 1997 on "retired" status.
