Seattle Theatre Project is a registered, not-for-profit organization that has consistently worked within its budgetary constraints, and currently holds no debt. STP's Board of Directors has renewed their commitment for increased Board recruitment and diversity, and to broaden its contributed income base.

Seattle Theatre Project has proven itself to be a self-sustaining theatre company. Successful in both positive audience response and strong financial management, we intend to continue to expand our programming and outreach efforts. In accordance with our mission statement, STP has developed a
multi-tiered plan to create a strong foundation for Seattle's artists:
Financial stability- Establish a diverse income portfolio which includes ticket sales, services, royalties, co-productions, contributions, grants and
investments. Establish a security fund that would provide financial insurance for emergencies such as inclement weather.
Diversity - Seek out diverse communities for artistic collaborations, educational outreach and touring possibilities.
Facilities management- Establish a physical base for performance, rehearsal, shop and storage areas. Maintain an office / gallery available during
regular work hours. Provide low cost rental options to the Seattle theatre community.
