• I will meet your pets & we will spend some time getting to know each other 
• We will complete the Service Contract and Vet Notification form
• I will learn where you keep all needed supplies for your pet (i.e. food, leash, toys, treats ...)
• We will go over your pets daily routine (i.e. what toys do they like, how much to feed, where do we walk...)
• I will ask about any additional services (i.e. mail, newspaper, lights, plants, trash...) and you can show me where everything is located

Once the visit is complete and the contract is signed, I will take possession of your key and ask for full payment, payable in cash/check (will not be deposited until assignment begins.) 

I will leave a copy of the signed contract when I begin the assignment.

Please be prepared to spend at least one hour for the initial meeting and please have a copy of your key ready for me. That's all it takes!

If you decide you will be using my services again, I will keep your key on file (coded by your client number & pets name).  Next time, all you need to do is contact me with your travel information.

If you'd rather I not keep your key, please note that there are additional fees for picking up and returning the key each time.
