NUCLEAR ARMS NOW! A. I (we) reject the belief that nuclear weapons are the cornerstone of American security as stated in Presidential Decision Directive #60 B. Current U.S. weapons policy is a direct violation of our obligations under Article VI of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) C. The Canberra Commission of distinguished military leaders have clearly indicated that current U.S. nuclear policy is misguided and that the only real longterm solution for American security is to eliminate all nuclear weapons from the planet. D. We ask that Presidential Decision Directive #60 be rescinded, and that you President Bush, and Vice-President Cheney take full responsibility in leading America and the world in creating a peaceful plane wherein all nuclear weapons are permanently abolished...
