Late work will not be accepted as a general rule, but each student will receive 4 late passes that will allow 4 assignments to be turned in late during a semester.  If the late assignment with late pass attached to it is turned in by the day of that chapter's test, you are able to earn full credit for the assignment if it is completely done in the manner expected.  If it is turned in by one week after the test, a maximum score of 50% can be earned.  After this amount of time has passed or a student has run out of late passes, an assignment may not be turned in late and earn any type of credit.  Before putting off an assignment though, remember that weekly quiz questions often come from assigned homework problems and the only way to be able to retake a chapter test is to have all homework assignments for the chapter turned in.
