We all have important values and ideas, things we care about and want to share. Sometimes we feel our ideas can even
change the world, and we want to let other people know how they can join in and make all our lives better.
After 15 years of running End of the Trail, Native American Art, Crafts and Jewelry store in Weston, MO.,Rich and Connie
decided to retire. We closed the shop 12-31-05. Rich wanted to stay active in the native community, so seeing a need for a
good cradle book, he wrote "Brave Hearts And Their Cradles" and created WILD HORSE as the receiving agent for the proceeds
from the book.WILD HORSE is a start-up 501 (c) 3 organization designed to be an advocate for and to financially assist native
students that are pursuing advanced degrees. The concept is to provide the future tribal leaders of Native American tribes
with the tools and education necessary to propel the tribe and it's members through the 21st Century.
WILD HORSE is currently in its developmental phase by attempting to fill the seats of it's four (4) boards.
Since this is an organization designed to specifically assist Native Americans, the majority of the board seats will be filled
by Native Americans for the development of policy and procedures, and to provide guidance and direction. WILD HORSE is
currently attempting to solicit Native Americans to fill the board seats and make the organization viable and effective. Native
Americans that desire to become a part of the organization or are interested in more information can contact the President
at wildhorsenaef@earthlink.net
WILD HORSE is an organization intended to benifit the native population, thus the organization will principally
be manged by native board members. When WILD HORSE becomes a fully functional organization, current President Richard Janulewicz,
will turn over all administrative duties of WILD HORSE to the existing boards with the intent for it to become a Native
American organization.
