Optional Plan:
Some families choose to send their pre-schooler or
kindergartner to school on a varied schedule. Part-time enrollment fees are calculated on a percentage basis.
After the fifth day of the month, a $10 per
day fee will be added to late tuition payments. Tuition not paid by the tenth of the month will result in dis-enrollment of
the child unless prior arrangements have been made.
Registration and Materials:
A nonrefundable registration and materials
fee of $200 per child per year is due at the time of registration.
Supplies:
Grades PK-K: A supply fee of $30 is due at the time of
registration.
Grades 1-6: A list of supplies to be purchased
is available online (click on the "supply list" link), or via hard copy.
Before and After School Care:
The charge for before and after school care
is $3.70 per hour, with a minimum charge of $3.70. Thereafter, charges accrue in half-hour increments. Before
and after school care is billed monthly, with payment due on the fifth of each month for the previous
month. Tuition and Daycare fees can be combined in one check.
Enrichment Fees:
Fees for special activities, such as field trips, are payable
prior to the event and vary according to the cost of the activity. Most special activities are paid for by the Oakwood Parents'
Association.
