1. What is the Catholic Alumni Club of San Diego?

Back to FAQ

The Catholic Alumni Club (CAC) of San Diego is a social organization of over 100 single professional Catholics ages 21-65, enjoying each other's company while participating in a wide variety of social, religious, recreational, cultural, and charitable activities. Our primary purpose is to allow single, college educated and/or professional practicing Catholics to join together and share friendships. CAC gives single Catholics the opportunity to enjoy a broad spectrum of activities and meet other Catholic men and women who share the same values and religious heritage. For many of us in this large metropolitan area who would otherwise be isolated in an impersonal culture, CAC allows us to meet other single Catholics and share our common interests. Since the 1950's, CAC has continually welcomed Catholic men and women into its extended family. The Catholic Alumni Club is a 100% volunteer organization which relies on the participation of members to sponsor events and for organizational affairs. We welcome and urge all members to become involved in helping to operate the club. A small membership fee is charged to defray the costs of newsletters and telephone information line. The club's membership includes those living in the San Diego and Imperial County areas.
