You can have fitness without wellness, but the reverse is not true. A
wellness philosophy emphasizes a healthful attitude toward life, an attitude that benefits all aspects of one’s life.
When you hire me as your personal trainer, your initial
consultation & workout (both complimentary!!!) will consist of taking measurements (weight, heart rate, bodyfat analysis)
as well as getting to know who you are as a person because in the world of fitness, one size does not fit all!!!
The key to having a productive and fun workout is getting
to know the individual so a complete and individualized program of exercise and nutrition can be applied so as to make lasting,
life-style changes. Approximately 70% of a person’s results come from the
proper amount of protein, carbohydrates and fat. So it’s not
only about training, but a balance between proper nutrition and proper exercise.
I believe in giving people the tools they need to be able to walk into
any gym or fitness center and feel comfortable in doing their workout routine.
In many of today’s large, corporately owned gyms, there is less
emphasis on teaching people what & why they are doing each exercise. It's more about making the money off of each
member, regardless of their individual needs.
My primary role as your trainer......is to teach, motivate
