FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  My doctor has recommended I start an exercise program.  Can you work with my physician's requested exercise routine?

A:  Of course!  Every person is different and requires an exercise program based on their specific needs.  I take a complete medical history of every client prior to their first workout.  Your complimentary consultation & workout is the perfect opportunity for you to tell me exactly what your expectations are...as well as your physicians.  I can also send reports of  your progress to your doctor if that is required.  My goal is to improve your quality of life and the more I know about you, the better I can serve your needs.

Q:  Is full payment required at time of sign up?

A:  Yes.  I take cash, check or money order (sorry, no credit cards at this time!).  However, under certain circumstances, we can look at a payment schedule.  Let's discuss it!

Q:  HELP!  I've tried every exercise program and diet known to man.....can you show me something that works???????

A:  Yes!  Having been both an anorexic and bulimic, I've conquerred both and now live by a few mottos.  First, you have to eat every 2-4 hours whether you're hungry or not.  Second, you must eat foods that are lean, clean & fresh.  If you cannot pronounce an ingredient, chances are your body cannot process it.  DON'T EAT IT!  Third, portion control, portion control, portion control.  If you are eating every 2-4 hours, you don't need to eat a lot.  Fourth, drink plenty of water...no, not soda, coffee, ice tea...plain WATER!  Lastly, you need to get up and move your body.  Our bodies were meant to be in motion.  And, the only way to burn fat is to get your heart rate up!

Q:  How often do I have to train per week?

A:  The answer to this would depend on your goals, schedule, and motivation.  This would be something discussed during the complimentary consultation & workout.
