A Localendar personal calendar is free and can be viewed and updated from anywhere you have internet access.  The basic calendar includes lots of nice extras like e-mail and page reminders.  A premium calendar is $9.95 per year.  Information from several Localendars can merged into one premium calendar.  Localendars can be synchronized with Outlook and Groupwise.  The calendars in CampusCruiser appear to be mergeable, but the information can only be downloaded onto a PalmPilot...if you are lucky enough to own one.  For more information, see http://www.localendar.com/. 

 

Note:  If you experiment with merging calendars, save yourself some frustration and select the "public" option as the default setting for event preferences before you create entries.  Private events are not visible on, or transferred to public calendars and are password protected.  If you wish to merge the unofficial calendar into your personal calendar, the calendar name is:  rcccalendar.  Free premium calendars are available for a 30-day trial period.
