  3. Plan Preparation (1 – 6 hours)
    1. Analyze data on capital needs and cash flows
    2. Investment policy developed
      1. Asset classes determined
        1. Historical and Projected returns, deviations, correlation’s
        2. Asset classes optimized
        3. Manager Evaluation/Selection
    3. Investment policy review by another party.
  4. Plan Presentation (1 – 2 hours)
    1. Investment Policy and Capital Needs discussed
  5. Plan Presentation – Implementation (1 – 2 hours)
    1. Action Plan Developed
      1. Individual manager selections discussed.
      2. Proposed allocations discussed.
      3. Forms signed (New Account, Transfers, IA Agreement etc.)
  6. Postimplementation Meeting (20 min.)
    1. Meeting to show clients accounts after the money is transferred.
