Garfield Park Conservatory

from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm.
The workshop is usually held in the classroom. If the workshop is
held in another location
in the Conservatory, that information will be posted at the
front desk. The other locations are
Horticulture Hall or the community room.

Arrival Route:
The Garfield Park Conservatory is only 10 minutes west of downtown Chicago.
By Automobile: Take the Eisenhower Expressway (I-290). Exit at Independence Boulevard ( Exit 26A) and travel north. Turn east onto Washington Boulevard. Turn north to Central Park Avenue (3600 West). Travel two blocks north past the Garfield Park Golden Dome field house and the Lake Street public transit line. The conservatory is on the west side of the street.
By Public Transportation: Take the Lake Street "L" or "Green line" west to the Conservatory Drive Station, walk downstairs, you can't miss it.
Hours, Admission, Parking: The Garfield Park Conservatory, likes its sister facility, the Lincoln Park Conservatory, is open every day of the year 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Admission and parking are free. Parking is available just south of the Conservatory.
