     This modern three bedroom with central air and heat features a master bedroom and ensuite bathroom, both with large sliding glass doors opening out onto a very private pool area, and is furnished with a king-sized bed, 27" color television with VCR and remote, and telephone. The two guest bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and color television, and the other with two single beds, share a full guest bathroom.

     The large living room features a vaulted ceiling and a gas fireplace, and is equipped with a 50" color television, with cable subscription and VCR. Also features stereo with compact disc player and cassette. Includes a beutiful dining room which seats six.

    The kitchen includes a large refrigerator/freezer with ice & water in the door, double oven range, microwave, dishwasher, cordless telephone with answering machine, blender, coffee maker and is fully equipped with glassware, dishes, pots, pans, and all the utensils - everything you will need for gourmet cooking!

    Sliding glass doors open out onto the private pool area, which provides spectacular mountain views, a large spa, pool and gas barbecue, and is furnished with an outdoor bar and a table and chairs for outdoor dining, and sun loungers. Pool floats are located in the double garage, which is also equipped with a table tennis set, washer and dryer, and an automatic garage door opener.

This house is approximately 1 mile to center of downtown Palm Springs neighborhood, and is tastefully decorated in desert motif... it's just like home away from home.
