You inquired about our rental property in Palm Springs. We require a deposit to hold the time, the price is as follows
$150.00 per weekend deposit
$200.00 per week deposit
Refundable upon inspection/ returning of the keys.
$420.00 per weekend- in Friday noon to Sunday 6.00p.m.
$1025.00 per week - any seven night period, but weekends will not be split.

We charge $150 per night for extra nights, and have a minimum of 2 nights stay.
We have a limit of 6 people for the house. Pets will be considered, but might require an extra deposit, call to discuss. You are expected to leave the house as clean as you found it unless you have requested maid service.
Payments are as follows- money order or cashiers check, copy of drivers license. Deposit needs to be sent immediately as date will not be held without deposit, 14 days prior to rental time, you need to send the rent, so we can send you the keys.
