Sage Solutions has provided training advice and has trained members of state One-Stop Centers on the O*NET Assessment Tools. The tools include the Interest Profiler, the Work Importance Locator, the Work Importance Profiler, and the Abilities Profiler.

More recently, Sage Solutions has designed and delivered several online webinars various career development tools. Programs used for the training include WebEx, Elluminate, and Breeze Live.

In another initiative, Sage Solutions provided a review and critique of assessment items for call center employees and supervisors, and has reviewed a test development software program.
