Sage Solutions is beginning its eighth year supporting the SES APEX Orientation Program for the Department of Defense.  Initially, Sage Solutions assisted in the formulation of an evaluation design and then was called upon to conduct the evaluation of each session over the last 8 years.  Fifteen evaluations have been conducted for this program which provides an orientation to new members of the Department of Defense's Senior Executive Service.  Reports summarizing the evaluation results have been provided to the sponsor who then, in turn, disseminates the publication to senior management in the Pentagon.
