Sage Solutions was recently
called upon to assess the impact of the SES APEX Orientation Program
from its inception in 1993 through the year 2000. Sage developed
a web-based survey using Raosoft's
EZSurvey. Over 300 participants of the various APEX classes were
contact by email or regular mail. A 40 percent response rate was
obtained and a report of the findings, along with recommendations for
improving the program, was delivered to the sponsor.
