Sage Solutions provided multiple forms of assistance to the Department of Labor (DOL) Employment and Training Office (DOLETA).  Initially, Sage Solutions provided assistance in formulating an interest inventory that has recently been published and will be used by various Department of Labor Offices across the country.

Sage Solutions further providing extensive evaluative comments and recommendations for improvement of a training program to teach people the details of O*NET, an extensive on-line database of occupations and characteristics.

Sage Solutions edited three technical reports on the development of DoL's interests, abilities and values inventories.
