The main telescope at the Shed of Science is a Celestron 14" (.35m) Schmidt Cassegrain with a SBIG ST10XE CCD operating at f8.5. The Astro-Physics 1200 German equatorial mount is controlled using CCD Commander and The Sky6. Building integration and control is accomplished by the Foster Systems line of observatory automation products. Image acquisition is done with CCDSoft , while Mira Pro, MaximDL and custom software are used for image reduction and MPO Canopus for photometry and light curve analysis.
