We interview prospective buyers carefully to determine if our
Skymeadow puppy will be an appropriate addition to your household. We reserve the right to refuse sale to any person for any reason.

We require that the buyer provide a fenced area to exercise the dog. In
our experience, this is a reasonable precaution for the health and safety of the dog and for the buyer's peace of mind. Electronic
or “invisible” fencing is not acceptable.

Pet puppies are sold under a spay/neuter contract.
AKC registration is transferred upon receipt of proof of spaying or neutering.
Show or breeding prospects are sold only by special arrangement, with a limited warrantee against problems with hips, eyes or disqualifying faults.

Upon
approval of a prospective buyer, puppies are reserved by a deposit, which will be
refunded if the sale is canceled by either party prior to the puppies reaching
two weeks of age, or if a promised puppy fails to survive.

All the puppies will be registered with AKC using the kennel name Skymeadow
and a litter "theme" name. A list of suggested names will be provided. The puppy's
call name, or everyday name, is decided by the buyer.
