Your Investment
The training fee of $450 includes all training and card-making
materials, and a one-year membership in the SoulCollage® Facilitators' Circle, a professional organization with many
benefits. To register send a $200 deposit (balance due at beginning of training). Mail your deposit to Mili

Location
Hyatt Place offers beautiful, spacious, state-of-the-art facilities conveniently located
within proximity and a free hotel shuttle ride away from major airports in our training locations. For those wanting to enjoy overnight accommodations at the conference site, the Hyatt Place offers a special
workshop rate (varies slightly by location - contact Mili for specifics for the locations of interest to you) which is
a great value that includes a spacious guestroom, complimentary breakfast buffet, and complementary airport shuttle among
many other amenities.
Training Completion
& Certificate Receipt
Upon completion of the training participants will receive a Certificate of Completion
and may use the SoulCollage® trademark in doing individual or group work according to the Principles of SoulCollage®.
Those completing the training will also become a part of the international network of SoulCollage Facilitators.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund, less a $50 fee, is available until one month
prior to the training start date. After that time we will credit your deposit less the $50 fee toward
another SoulCollage Facilitator Training led by Mili Ballard and Johnny Dillard within the next 12 months.

2009: Optional Follow-On SoulCollage Sunday Afternoon Workshops!
Based on participant feedback and to provide additional card-making time as well
as the experience of seeing one way to hold an afternoon "Introduction to SoulCollage" workshop, Mili and Johnny will offer
a SoulCollage Sunday afternoon event open to the public following closure of the Facilitator Training. Regular
price for this event to be held from 2:00pm - 7:00pm Sunday afternoon $75. Newly-trained facilitators are
invited to join in for the discounted price of $45. Increase both your personal and professional expereince with SoulCollage
and deepen your weekend experience by attending this optional follow-on event! You may preregister with a $25
deposit or payment in full when you register for Facilitator Training or register on-site Friday prior to the beginning
of training on a space-available basis.
About the Facilitator(s):
Mili Ballard will teach and facilitate drawing upon her personal passion for and experience with the SoulCollage
process. Mili is often joined by co-facilitator, Johnny Dillard, for larger groups. Mili and Johnny both
began their personal work with SoulCollage in 2005 and began sharing SoulCollage with others shortly thereafter.
Mili Ballard, Lenoir NC, has spent most of her professional life as a leader, consultant,
and coach in the corporate realm and currently is in private practice focusing on individual and group work for personal transformation
involving consultative leadership training within business and industry as well as being a psychospiritual guide for individuals
on their own paths of self-exploration and discovery. Mili has completed graduate study toward a degree Counseling
Psychology/Expressive Art Therapy to become a Licensed Professional Counselor and Expressive Art Therapist upon finalization
of graduation and licensing internship requirements. Mili has also studied and mentored with Seena B. Frost, creator
of the SoulCollage process, is a trained SoulCollage® facilitator, and a SoulCollage®
Facilitator Trainer. As a Certified Integrative Breathwork practitioner, Mili has keen personal and professional
interest and more than ten years of experience in combining non-ordinary state of consciousness work with expressive
art modalities to deepen into connection with one's intuitive guidance, inner healer, and wisdom. Mili
is a writer, artist, and one deeply involved in her own journey of self exploration and discovery.
Johnny Dillard, Lenoir NC, has also spent the majority of his professional life as a leader, consultant,
and coach in a corporate environment. Johnny is a trained SoulCollage® Facilitator and brings
his deep passion and awareness of the transformative potential of creative expression and self-discovery via collage to the
individuals and groups with whom he interacts. Johnny is a collage artist, writer, and one deeply committed to
facilitating and guiding himself and others on the path of self-discovery and self-acceptance. Together Johnny
and Mili bring a unique relationship-oriented perspective to the SoulCollage process via their "Just Blank Cards" approach
to enhancing relationship with self and others through card-making and sharing.
