My introduction to the SoulCollage® process was quite timely and my personal journey with my cards has been has been deeply meaningful.   I discovered SoulCollage® through Seena Frost's book called "SoulCollage®" in late 2004 about the time that I was beginning a major career transition from the corporate world into private practice and graduate school.  At that same time, I was also facing other personal challenges in relationship with those closest to me.  Needless to say, the SoulCollage® process was something I found at just the right time for me given all the inner and outer turbulence I was experiencing.  SoulCollage® card making gave me a way to access, acknowledge, and express various parts of myself that were wanting and needing my attention.

After quickly realizing the positive personal impact the process was having for me, I decided to go to the next available SoulCollage Facilitator Training.  What a wonderful experience that was!  I found that SoulCollage® is a deeply meaningful process both as an individual undertaking and particularly within a community of others via group work.

I continue to make new cards as they come to me and to use my cards for further exploration and inspiration.  It is now an honor each and every time I have the pleasure of introducing individuals and groups to this beautiful, expressive process called SoulCollage®.
